What does it mean to load a muscle? Like when pitching in baseball they say to load your hip muscles...does that mean to contract them? Put all your weight on them?

I don't know this answer because I  don't know the body like ERIC CRESSEY out of HUDSON, MA . Go to ericcressey.com and ask him directly. Don't allow anybody else  ever give you an answer to these types of questions except him. Once on this website  you'll understand. Email: cresseytrainingsysystems@gmail.com to ask him personally. You'll be amazed!
