Could I still maybe be pregnant?

Okay guys!! was due to get my period yesterday, but nothing arived, I have all the symptoms of getting my period but no blood!!!! the cramps, sore boobs, very tired and lathargic,I did a pregnancy test but was negative, can things still happen even though I got a negative result? I have an appointment to see the doctor tomorrow to get the ball rolling....am sick of this agony each month.

There is a chance you did the test too soon. Anyway if you do the test again in a few days you should get a more reliable answer. Going to your doctor is not a bad idea either.
