nutriction wise it will not make a difference if food is hot or cold.. i am wondering if you meant to ask about the difference between raw and cooked which would be dependant on the food you are talking about.. cold or hot though should make no difference  other than what is more appetizing.

Hot meals are easier for the body to digest. The stomach must heat the food in order to process it. If the food is already hot the body spends less energy heating it. If the food is cold the body will expend more energy on heating it in order to process it correctly.

It is better to eat your meal at room temperature, but really there is no difference health-wise.
