My boyfriend and I want to get married and he has a an expired passport but hes from france and has his french birth certificate are we still going to be able to get married??
You haven't lived until you've traveled.
You can still get married and it shouldn't be a problem. But I'd suggest you have him apply for a passport ASAP as walking around with any expired documents is very foolish.
