Be honest and be true to yourself.

I think when people marry, they don't think of splitting in the future.

They hope for the best.  But somehow along the way, conflicts happen and sometimes they could not be resolved.

Love is the battery of life....

Hi,
My dear friend DB Lady gave you an excellent answer, as she always does (gave her 2 thumbs up).  Yes, most people are so much in love that they don't think of it.  The smart one do think of several things:
1.  Will he / she be faithfull.
2.  will he / she be a good parent.
3.  Do I really want to live with him
/ her for the rest of my life ?
4.  Will he / she love me when I am 64 ?
5.  Can we solve problems that will
     come across our road ?
6.  If we'll have to split will if be
     friendly or ugly ?
Best regards,

You would be foolish not to think about the future, with or without the man you love.  If you can see yourself leaving him for a certain reason, then you might want to re-evaluate marriage to him. If you can see him cheating, or hurting you, or ignoring you. If he has things he does now that really annoy you ~~ those things do not go away, so you must think about the future.  You want to find a man that will be in your future in a positive way.  If you are already thinking that you may split up????? . . . . . . . . rethink the marriage thing.

To not think of this question is to not look at a relationship realisticly. We all want happily ever after...most of us have been through, or seen enough of life to know that there is always a possiblility that things won't work out.  Be prepared for everything...put money aside under your own name (sounds harsh i know but it is the reality)so that you are not left with nothing to start out with.  If your marriage works then you won't need it and you can go on a 2nd honeymoon with it in the years ahead....

Hi Nana Miki,

The reason why I thought you are from the Philippines is that Nana means mother.

Take care.
