What do I do now

Please comment on my situation:

I am a 56 year old wife who has been mairried for 29 years to my husband who is now 70 years old. My husband says he desires me and would like to enjoy the pleasures of sex with me but I cannot stand for him to touch me or me him. We have not even touched each other for the last 5 months.

He says that one morning several years ago, I woke up crying in bed with the dreadfull thought that when he is 80 I'll only be 66 and if the situation were reversed, how would he feel. I don't remenber anything like this happening or I would apologize to him.

He say that I am domminating and controlling, but I say it is him, not me. His 2 children, whom he kept as a batchlor father for 5 year, have little to do with us now. Our son, who is away at grad school, does stay in touch somewhat.

He wants a divorce, but dividing the assets looks like I will be in somewhat of a bind finnacially and may have to work. He says that having a room mate that he desires but cannot touch is not worth the expediture in time and money.

We still care for each other.

What should I do?
