How can I manage hayfever?

My allergies are really bad this time of year and I find that most allergy medications make me drowsy. I am sick of the constant nasal congestion. How can I manage my hayfever?

Do a search for homeopathic remedies for hay fever and see if any of those meet with your approval.

Other than that, you can ask your doctor to recommend something to try or keep trying OTC medications (I like Zyrtec, myself).

I know some people who swear by acupuncture, but I hate needles so I'm not willing to go that route. It might work for you, though!

Most hayfever sufferers know that pollen makes your eyes red and itchy, your nose run and leaves you both feeling and looking less than your best when the weather is at its brightest. But do you know when you might expect a bout of hayfever.
