how safe is HGH to use and what does it take medically to be put on that type of therapy
Some where in Arkansas.
Victims of circumstance owe it to fate. Victims of choice owe it to themselves.

I can think for three things that might be going on
And I will take door number three. I want to briefly separate manliness from masculinity. If you got nuts, you have manliness or a job at Planter's Peanuts. Testosterone is made in the testicles and in the adrenals. This causes growth of muscles, deepening of the voice, and makes you nuttier than grandma's fruit cake for an indeterminate amount of time starting around puberty. Some seem never to regain their sanity. Masculinity has to do with character traits. These would include love and protection of your wife and children, financial provision for your family (you gotta' work), and being a spiritual leader in your household. You need to love them. You need to nourish them. You need to engage in corporate worship somewhere in your community. You need to give back to the community. Be a big brother. Mentor a troubled child. Volunteer to help maintain the park system.
I suspect that this is not what you were wanting, but I firmly believe that it is what you need to hear. Life should not revolve around sex. What we need are responsible, masculine men to love their families and embrace their communities.
And if I have guessed wrong, please forgive me. When you come for a sojourn in Yedda, you don't pays your money, but you do takes your chances.

There are OTC herbal supplements but I venture to guess they are a rip off. But from a woman perspective, it not how much you do, it's how you do it. P.S. I have been told by various men that if you don't get much you will give a lot. But that to me is not a good alternative. I mean not having sex for long periods of time just to build up your semen count. Sounds like a losing situation.
Human Growth Hormone (HGH) is a naturally occurring hormone in a healthy human body. HGH is produced by the pituitary gland situated deep inside the brain, just behind the eyes. It is responsible for proper growth and development in all humans. Normal growth in children is dependent on the proper secretion of HGH and once adulthood is reached it plays an important role in metabolism.
