What happens in Vegas ... may be reported to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department or the Department of Homeland Security ... so be good. Wink

One thing that can make sour candy sour is citric acid, found in citrus fruits such as oranges and lemons.  (See "What makes Sour Punch brand candy so sour but yet so sweet?" here.)
