Bank failures? Didn't you get the memo? The Federal Reserve was create to PREVENT the banks from failing. You, I, and the rest of the taxpayers "insure" that the banks won't fail because the Federal Reserve was set up that way.
If you mean the small banks, then they get to fail. They didn't contribute enough to Obummer's campaign.
