What is currently considered to be the mainstay of treatment for low grade oligodendroglioma, or mixed glioma, located in the anterior-dorsal portion of the frontal lobe of a nondominant brain hemisphere?
Should the answer be: Extensive-radical surgical resection (and if need be reresection) with a "curative intent," where in the USA or Canada could a young man with such a tumor obtain the best surgical treatment?
Thanks
