Does Italian mafia have the same power and influence in Northern Italy as it does in the South? If they does not have the same impact in the North, then what's preventing it from that?
The Sicilian mafia is well known for a good reason. It holds all the routesthat are going south to Sicily, and have more power that local organizations up in the north.
