Other than to ask you doctor's advice, I would tell you that my Grandmother who suffered with the same problem and treatment learned to appreciate her short naps and to be out in the fresh air for short periods of time. She was very tired at first so she would just sit on the porch or in her yard for short periods of time, but she always said it made her feel better to be outside. When she was stronger she would walk outside. At first she could only make it to the end of the front sidewalk, but after some time she could make it to the corner and back and finally around the block. Don't rush yourself, your body is going through a lot and just healing itself is going to take lots of energy. Don't feel like you are doing nothing when you nap, you are letting your body heal. You deserve that. But I do think it is important to try and push yourself a little so that you don't allow the illness to define who you are. You are in control of you. Even if the best you can muster today is only 5 minutes outside, you will feel stronger for having been in control of that! Be Well...Smile

I recently went to a new doctor and noticed he was located in something called the Professional Building. I felt better right away.

In addition to the good advice already given, this web site has some excellent points.
