I have actually had 6 trys with Clomid and IUI using a donor from a cryobank. No luck. Last month I had a laporoscopy and they found I had endometriosis and one of my ovaries was blocked by my intestines. So now that I am fixed up I am trying this month with Clomid, IUI using a different donor from the cryobank. I am hoping it works because the next step is to give myself injections for 10 days which are very expensive!!!

Well, there's no difference whether it's donor sperm or not... Your chances per cycle are around 20%. Sometimes clomid will increase your chances slightly, if more than one ovum is released.

More information about IUI.

Good luck!
