I think that you just need to decide what you want.  It's not worth living life unsatisfied and out of love, but I think that marriages deserve a bit of fighting for, before they are given up on.  Maybe you should try marriage counseling with your husband, to see if you can bring back the spark in your marriage.  If not, then I think it would be best to move on.  As far as the other guy is concerned, it only matters if you are no longer with your husband.  Cheating is not the way to go, and everyone will just get hurt in the end. 

i think a marriage is worth saving,unless yours really isn't!the man that you have been with for 29 years,has he been there FOR you,meaning,when you were sick,did he take care of you?help you when you needed it?if it's just the sex that has become boring,is it worth it,to hurt your husband and ruin a marriage for some fun?how can you be sure that the other relationship,won't become boring in time?

Stop the second relationship and put your efforts into saving your marriage. 29 years is alot to just give up on. It is not gonna be simple and your husband has to be willing to listen to some of your ideas but get yourself out of the rut that YOU've gotten into.Try and Fight to save your marriage.  If in time you can't work it out don't leave just because someone is waiting on you.  You will need to figure out who you are and what will make you happy on your own before any one else can make you happy.   Learn to make yourself happy and the rest will follow
