You must sever all contacts with your former bf at work otherwise you will be subjected to more and more intimidation and black mail. This means leaving your job o asking to be transferred to a different department.

You need to stay away from your ex-boyfriend.  If you are his employer, don't let him work for you anymore.  He will just make your life difficult.  If you just work together in an office or a regular job,  find another place of employment.
