Buy some board games, monopoly etc. and start a tournament, or a checkers board and play any of the games possible.
Plan and cook elaborate dishes together. Working together in the kitchen can be very romantic. Make sure you include setting the table in a special way. Put yourself out there. It is both rewarding and romantic, not to mention probably healthier than any store bought pre-prepared meals.
As summer approaches fast, go for a walk together. It can be leisurely just for fun, and it can be an exercise kind of activity.
