When he loves you, even during the times he doesn't like you.

When you are sick and you're in your bathrobe and your hair's in snarls and you haven't washed your face in 3 days and he looks at you and the word "gorgeous" comes to his lips.

When he refuses to take the easy way out and leave during an argument, choosing to stay and hash things out because he'd rather be with you during the bad times than with anybody else during the good times.

It's called unconditional love, and once you're lucky enough to find it, hold onto it.

He would be someone who is willing to step out of his comfort zone to help you become all that GOD intended for you to be.

Or if he is a redneck, he'll take you muddin' in his four wheeler, crunch an empty beer can on his head after he gives you the pull tab as an engagement ring, and get your name and some roses tattooed on his forearm.

This song has little to do with my most insightful answer. I just happen to like it and it does mention roses.

If you don't feel like he really loves you and is committed then chances are that he is not, but the most important sign of commitment and love is when someone places you and the relationship you have together above everything else
