I personally don't feel like there have to be a limit. If a person likes you and want to get to know you then that means your kids as well. I have a cousin who has 5 children by four different guys and she met someone and he accepts her as well as her children. If it is meant to be then it will be regardless of how many kids you have. If a man can't accept you then he can't accept your children and you don't want anyone like that.
