Well I for one, know your problem first hand because I have it too! We have a teenage dauhgter and my elderly father living here too, So naturaly we don't like to advertise what we are doing. Usually I have somthing to bite down on to stifle the noises somewhat, but my husband says just don't worry about it! I guess he isn't as concerned as I am.  Good luck!!!!

I like being loud and don't care about the neighbors.

However, I can also be quite, it takes me a lot more time to have an orgasm,  but they are a lot more intense. This can actually be a cool way for you and your husband to explore different sexual games and styles...

For instance, it's easier for me to be quite if I'm on top - more control on my movement, so more control over my noises. 

The important thing is for you to communicate with your husband, he's probably think something is wrong - you used to have loud orgasms and now you don't, I would think there's something wrong with me if my partner suddenly changed  their sexual patterns.

You cal always put on some music or a fan or space heater to produce white noise. If all all fails, and if you are into that, there's always the possibility of using a gag (get one with the foam ball, not plastic or wood) As I said - cool opportunity to explore new things. 

If you have no kids in the house hold your head up high and scream your lungs out. It's a huge turn on and I had a girl scream so loud that all my neighbors heard. Screw em... you are in love... they are probably just jealous if they get upset... sour grapes says I!

Oh.. and your husband should be proud if he makes you scream.. hes not screwing the neighbors so why should he care what they think?.. tell him to relax and enjoy the ride... Really.. it's very cool that you do that. I use to throw a pillow over her face if it got out of hand so she would get the hint if people were around.. she just kept on going..lol ..and she just yelled in the pillow and was damn happy about it!  The alternative is to just lay there like a corpse... is that what he wants? If he does I would run!! muahahahahha....lol... jk

I've had a similar problem and all I have to do is moan into a pillow.  It muffles out the sound and will allow for orgasm! Hopefully this helps.
