i would use 4 whole eggs, 1 cup shreded Gruyere cheese, one cup of cooked spinach (If using frozen or fresh squeeze out all liquids, however fresh cooked spinach keeps better flavor) and one cup of heavy cream. Salt and Pepper
Mix all ingerdients together fill in your own pie shell (store or homemade)
Bake for 350 for 35-45 min. Check to make sure it does not over cook. When it starts to set and the center is still jiggly turn off oven. Leave oven ajar for 15 min so that it will entirely set
