I applied or called for a new or replacement Golden Buckeye card but have not yet received it. What should I do?
You should receive your permanent card in six to eight weeks after your application is faxed to us. If you have not received your card in this time period, call toll-free 1-866-301-6446 during normal business hours (Monday thru Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.) to confirm that your application has been received and processed. Can I apply for a Golden Buckeye card online?
No. State law requires validation of age or disability status in order for us to issue a Golden Buckeye card. This may only be done in person at a sign -up site (most senior centers and public libraries).
