Typically baby's teeth come in pairs, and the cuspids are usually the firsts, but top or bottom seems to depend on the baby.  My daughter's bottom ones came first, but several of my friends kids have gotten the tops first.  Doesnt seem to be any rhyme or reason to it, hope that helps.
