How to loss fat deposits? and unnecessary body fat

I need some tips and advice to how to loss fat deposits and tone up my trouble areas lower back/ hips and lower abs. I am 18 years old/ Female and 9 stone 6 pounds (roughly 130 pounds) and 5 foot 5 inch tall size 10 (27 waist/ 33 hips) and so far I have lost 1 stone but now I seem to be stuck in limbo…. I can’t loss anymore body fat. I am a very healthy eater lots fish/ meat and chicken and greens, no junk food, and cut out a lot of unnecessary sugars in my diet. I eat about 550 kcal a day and drink 5 pints of water.

Being honest I don’t do any form of exercise besides riding my horses and doing the chores that come with them e.g. mucking out ect. But I can’t seem to shift the fat deposits on my hips/ back and on my lower abs. How can I loss my fat deposits and lower my body fat percentage?. I don’t want to bulk up and I don’t want to get stupidly skinny I want to be slim and tone like Jessica Alba for example. Has anyone got any suggestions?? Thank you ;)

Simple Advice for a Better Quality of Life!

Hi snowflake!

If you are definitely in the condition you state, I think you are primed to do a body detox.  Read my "How to Detoxify Your Body", this is my personal regiment I use and it is perfect for people who are generally healthy and will continue their healthy lifestyle after the detox process.  It is not meant to be some rapid weight loss program. (It can be easily abused).

Please let me know if you do this and how it works out for you.

I would try and get some exercise in your daily routine. I think this can help do the trick. You don't have to do any intense sports. If you go out walking for 45 minutes to an hour 5 times  a week I am pretty sure you'll see some results fairly quickly. This will also help you stay healthy as well.

Good luck.

Toning up doesn't happen with a diet. It happens with toning exercises. You may not get the shape you desire, unless you add an exercise program. At your age you should also be eating at least 2000 calories a day, even without an exercise program to make sure you develop properly and get the nutrients you need.

Exercise and other forms of workouts are still the best way to burn the fat deposits from the body.  Fitness programs along with healthy diet can help you effectively get the great shape that you want.  It is always important to keep a healthy lifestyle while trimming down your weight.
