how many carbs on ww plan
You need to be more specific each plan is personaly fitted according to the his figures.
I am asking about the plan in the late 70's. Female all veggies except starchy, 2 milks per day 2 breads per day 3 fruits per day. Protein was up 12 oz per day with eggs only 4x per week. Red meat only 3x per week,
I think you should check the Core Plan . It does allow some carbs not like other plans.
