I recently went to a new doctor and noticed he was located in something called the Professional Building. I felt better right away.

You need to talk to your doctor about your weight gain. There was a good reason(s) he/she put you on femara, and you need to know if this is a common side effect. There might be another medication similar to femara that will not cause you to gain weight, but this is a decision that only your doctor can make.

103 thumbs up

I enjoy using Yedda to ask and answer medical questions. I previously worked as a nurse but am now based from home - having just completed a long spell of breast cancer treatment.

Life has also been busy lately after the arrival of our new puppy called poppy. She's a black labarador retriever and drives us all crazy at times but we just adore the buzz she brings to the house. Last week she caused me a shoulder injury by tugging when out walking - but I can forgive that for the fun she brings.

Last month my husband invested in the Resperate device for lower blood pressure - and boy is it effective?

Other sites I like to visit are:

European Vacations

Whiplash Injury

Skin Treatment

Europe Vacation Destinations

Maori Tattoos

Lord of the Rings Jewelry

Travel Notes

I'm on Femara too and keep my weight in check by diet and exercise. If I didn't do this I'd be the size of a house!
