There are safe programs out there that can help you lose weight and keep the full feeling. I added almonds to my program and that really helped me (lost 80 pounds and keeping it off for 2 1/2 years now)Smile. I called it shrinking my stomach because I was eating less (within my suggested calorie range to lose weight) but feeling really full because of the almonds.
