Does anyone out there have PCOS and are doing an exercising or diet regimen to lose weight in order to become pregnant? Thanks for any tips!
I have PCOS. The first time I was trying to get pregnant no one told me that a change in my diet may help me get pregnant. Recently I have been doing a little bit of research and have started a low carb diet. I am currently a healthy weight so I have started the diet more to try to increase my chances of getting pregnant without drugs. It seemed to be working at first because I got my first period ever without being on some sort of hormone. Now my period is late and I am not sure if this is the answer.
