Can you lose weight from being bulimic or just maintain your weight?

Bulimia is an illness, not a diet. It's not a magic trick of eating your cake and keeping it whole. It's rather a case of eating the cake without control, and then purging in an unnatural way.

I doubt that anyone can give you dietary advice about bulimia, except go see a professional dietitian, preferably one that specializes in eating disorders.

Really, this is not a road you want to travel.

speaking from personal experience ive found binging here and there can maintain your weight (if your lucky even make you lose) but everyday is going to make you put on weight for sure.its a vicious cycle thats hard to break.good luck!we both need it.

don't be bulimic, it hurts and people are mean to you if they find out.  Once you start you just can't stop yourself and everything you eat has to be thrown up. Anyways... I lost like 30 pounds, but I'm anorexic sometimes. Don't be anorexic either, you get all passy-outy.

So anyways you probably would loose a little weight but these sort of things tend to get totally out of control.
