If you're totally sedentary then walking may help you to lose weight, but you will still need to be eating less calories than you are using. 

Sustainable weight loss is a case of eating sensibly, and increasing your level of activity.  If you have not exercised in a long time, walking is a good start, but unless they are long, brisk walks, it won't do much compared to more strenuous exercise.

hi, i workout off the dvd walking exercise. dose that still i do more then one like everyday like mon-fri but the one has the weights in it i do all the time but the one dose at all. working from a dvd well it burn also j/w
