How can I lose weight? I'm 5 feet 5 inches tall and I weigh 180lbs. I gained 40lbs in the 4 years I went to college, but even when I was 140lbs prior to college, I was still heavy looking. I think it is because my skeletal frame is tiny. Everyone in my family is tiny, so to look decent, I need to be about 120lbs (I estimate). I've been working out at the gym and eating healthy and lost only 6lbs in 4 months and then it just stopped. I'm not asking for a miracle...overnight weightloss, I'm just wondering what more can I do to lose more weight? I don't want to take weight loss drugs cuz that's just not healthy, so what else can I do besides eat healthy and go to the gym? How can I boost my metabolism and energy level?
Work hard or go home.
The best thing you can do is eat healthy and exercise (aerobics) more. Drink lots of water, get the correct amount of vegetables and fruit each day and you will find that your weight will begin to decrease. Good luck.
