Try not to think of it as a diet. Just learn to choose healthier foods.. but i wouldnt say stop eatin the things u luv becuz of it.. jus eat less of it. and jumpin jacks are a gud excercise but try other ones too so ur body want get used to the changes, which is called muscle confusion. u get a way better body result
