If i do 100 jumpingjacks (in a row) for a month about how many pounds will i loose i want to loose at least 20 i am 13 and 5 ft 2 in and i weigh 145 Or how do i loose 20 pounds in a month(or less) and keep it that way?
Jumping jacks are a good exercise but try to add a long walk everyday and cut back on sodas, snacks and fried foods. You can lose about two to three pounds a week this way. Ask your gym teacher for help. Best Wishes
Try not to think of it as a diet. Just learn to choose healthier foods.. but i wouldnt say stop eatin the things u luv becuz of it.. jus eat less of it. and jumpin jacks are a gud excercise but try other ones too so ur body want get used to the changes, which is called muscle confusion. u get a way better body result
Have a balance diet or lessen your foods, choose an effective exercise like sports.. swimming is one of the best sport which can help you lose weight. Exercise is good for a safe weight loss .
