Look up Cell Phone Number, How to get access to cell phone records?
Anyone know how to look up a Cell Phone Number? Is there a cell number directory that one can use to get access to cell phone records?

OK, the best method I found was using Reverse Phone Detective to Look up Cell Phone number ,
Their cell number directory seemed quite up to date and complete.
At first I tried looking for free cell phone number directories but I eventually discovered that there is no such thing - due to the fact that the cell phone companies charge to release their info - so unless you have a warrant or FBI badge I guess you will have to use the paid search directories...
Make sure the one you use has a once-off fee that permits as many searches as you need (they usually give you a year). There are some that charge per search but I think that's a waste of money.
