How can one get a loan mod or refi when the investor (Deutsche Bank) is an "investor pool" ? They tell me they are exempt from participating in any loan restructuring. I put 40% down , financed 300k, & value is now only 260k after 5 yrs. Help!

Dolly, You can refinance your home with any bank or mortgage company you want. You don't have to stay with Deutsche Bank. Make some calls and check around for the cheapest rates you can find. Good luck.
