I always worry too much. Even on a small thing ...

I always worry too much. Even on a small thing that I don't need to sweat about. My logic fails me. I don't know what I should do to make me become a positive person in my life. Is there any certain kind of way of thinking that I should grow inside of my head ?

I totally understand you! It's not easy to believe in yourself but I am sure that it's possible. You just need to have a little distance to yourself, think that you can always make a mistake and nothing wrong will happen - making mistakes is a human thing. Also, everyday say while looking into the mirror: "I like myself. I am a great person!". I warrant that this works. Be happy of a small things and love your life! Good luck! :)

I have to tell you, you sound like me ;)  My doctor diagnosed me a obsessive compulsive-- I didn't think I was cuz I didn't check the stove 20 times or wash my hands a hundred times, ya know? But he said it was mild and I focus on stress management and when it gets a little hectic and I can't sleep from stressing over things in my head, he prescribed a very low dosed medication and it has improved my life tremendously.
