My course duration is 3 1/2 years as an international student here in AUS. Can I lodge my permanent residency here just after 2 yrs even if I have not finish my course yet?
It is mandatory that you complete a minimum of two years of full-time education ( technical or non-technical) at any educational Australian Institution. And you can only apply for a Permanent Residency in Australia after completion of the course and attaining a degree or diploma. But since your course duration is 3 1/2 years, I think it's best to visit an Australian Immigration Information to get a reliable advice from Migration Experts.
