I am trying to locate a sleep study/cpap for a missionary in Russia. He will be in Califormia in July to renew his passport. He has no insurance to cover the study or machine, but sleep apnea is affecting his ability to do his missions work as effectively in russia.. What resources might be available to him to obtain this needed equipment. He will not be in the states long enough to obtain Medicaid coverage, and lives on approximately $8,000/year.
