Anyone know how I can locate Cell Phone Owner or get access to cell phone records by an online search?

OK, After much gnashing teeth and pulling hair,
I eventually used Reverse Phone Detective to Locate Cell Phone owner ,
They seem to have a good up to date database of cell phone records,
and they supply Full Name and Full Address associated with the number, details of the phone company and carrier, a location map and even previous phone numbers and addresses belonging to the owner.
2 Things to be careful of:
- Some companies supply only a surname and then a list of possible first names matches
- be certain that the website you use has a once-off fee that allows as many searches as you like for a certain period (usually a year). Avoid the reverse cell phone websites that charge per search
