Have you used already Tourmandu.com to book your Local Tour Guide?
I haven't used this site but I am a bit of a sceptic. It seems to me very difficult for a company to make sure all their guides are of the highest quality through a long distance connection. Who knows if they even met them.
Of course they could surprise me and do a great job.
