What about the little guy?

What sort of bailout does President Obama plan for small businesses that can barely stay afloat,already paying just above minimum wage,and without the financial ability to afford health insurance to loyal employees who deserve more.Our employer is struggliing to keep us employed and has not taken any sort of pay raise for himself since the early nineties.When does he/we get the help we so deseerve and need?
