Good morning. My husband is active duty military serving in his 27th year. Due to frequent moves, we do not purchase a home every time the military moves us. The one time a home was purchased, it was sold at a loss when it was time to move. Consequently, we live in base housing wherever the US Army moves us. We do not have credit card debt. We have no student loan debt. The only debt we have is our auto loans. We have a small amount of money in an annuity and an IRA for each of us for retirement. Are we going to be taxed to pay back this "bail out" as much as the people who have huge amounts of debt and have over extended to live in a big fancy house? Thank you.
