Why cant light colors of clothes look good on a dark skin person? on Yedda

I'm the type of girl who will burst out laughing in dead silence because of something that happened yesterday.

I'm not sure who told you dark skin people cannot wear light clothing. Take Rihanna for example. She can definitely pull off this outfit.
