Anybody ever go to Hoss;s restaurant and have ...

anybody ever go to Hoss;s restaurant and have their light cheesecake?  It's actually fluffy with bits of crushed vanilla wafers in it? I want that recipe..it is so good!  You didn't slice this so much as kind of scooped it out of the pan, anyone have any idea how to make this?
