I have a lennox 3 phase the contactor for the ...

I have a lennox 3 phase the contactor for the blower works but the contactor for the compressor does not. If I manually make contact of the points on the comp. contactor the compressor kicks on and the condensor fan works and it cools. Is it that the contactor is bad and not energizing
