Hi Lester,
That's a horrible question.  So sad to read that a father is willing to kick his own son out....  Without knowing the reasons behind the question I am sure that there is a way to bridge between the two of you.  I wish I could do it to you (both). 
As per your question: No, you can't kick him out untill he is formally / legally considered an adult.

I'm glad to hear that, because that's is what my step daughter wants to do to my grandson, and I told her is was illegal...but I wasn't sure about the law in Ohio state.
