i purchased on e-bay a telephone recorder,,,new,,,the item came and had multiple different problem to make it work,,,,,seller claims he does not give refunds,,only exchanges ,,, he give a full 6 month warrantee on the unit,,,,but the catch is that since the item is a lemon,,he can have me for months returning the item to get another lemon and finally the six month will expire all my right with him....this seem like a dubious warrantee where the seller will never lose and getting rid of new defective items....i feel that as a business person he dealing in a very thin line of legality....do i have any other recorses? angel guasch
