I hired an attorney to represent me in a criminal case and instead of being focused on my case he was basically trying to sleep with me. He also took inappropriate pictures of me. I allowed him to because I felt like my future was in his hands. Because of his lack of dedication to my case I was wrongly and unjustly convicted of the crime. I reported him to the Bar and he was found guilty of misconduct 8.4(?). I would like to get advice and possibly an attorney in Virginia (preferably a female) to represent me in a civil case.
