My legal rights to smoke in my own house with them nowing thats what my disability is for

i'm on disability and i live in housing where they go off your ss income,i had to sign a lease but they make you sign a seperate peice of paper saying you wont smoke in the house -i feel if this was truely legal it should be intagrated into the lease as well and not seperate because that tells me it's the people on the board trying to make their own rules...  they claim to have painted the place before you moved in but only touched up trust me ...i have nicoteen streaks running down my bathroom walls when i take a showwer and the wall behind my stove - come on ,they deffenatly did'nt paint !!!! i also know if i did'nt sign the no smoke form then i would'nt have gotten the place,therefore that is a FORSEFUL situation !!! {no choise}

~ simply improper~

you signed it. thats the end of it. there is nothing you can do to make it different. you had a choice not to rent with them. an if i read the subject correctly, youre on disablity because of health issues caused by smoking? im a smoker myself. but if i was sick from smoking, i would not try to fight something that prevents me from doing it as often. i know its really difficult to quite, but you should see it as a blessing that they dont allow you to smoke inside. good luck an good health
