Dear Diana -- it's been a year, and now you want to know if this is legal -- ?? Hey, you likely got railroaded, but waiting a year, whatever the reason, is not a good thing -- and you would have to have absolute proof that there was "influence" or interference regarding the Judge's Order, not just your knowledge -- (which without proof can be called "speculation") I had a similar problem, and believe me, better to try to get on with your life, on your own, than spending time and money (and it will cost money!!) trying to reverse a bad divorce decree so long after the fact. Best of luck to you -- I've been divorced 13 years, and just getting on my feet now due to post-decree "wars" from my ex! Don't waste your life over this.
